This fuchsia  felt percher hat is beautifully trimmed with satin frill ribbon and a matching braid. 3 lines of swarovski rhinestones run the length of the hat to ensure you sparkle all night long. The main focal point of this piece however is the funky diamante encrusted pink cameo which sits to the front. The cameo is trimmed in frill ribbon and a final touch of drama is added with 3 lime green feathers dotted with pink swarovski rhinestones all along their spines.

The felt percher is 8 inches in length and 4.5 inches wide.
